About Us
Mayberry Consultancy Ltd was formed in 2004 in order to provide a range of flexible and individually tailored services to communities and organisations.
Mayberry Consultancy provides a wide range of Human Resource Management and business development services with particular reference to small and medium size enterprises.
The Managing Director and Principal Consultant is David Dorman-Smith.
Human Resource Management:
David has extensive experience in working with a range of businesses in the provision of Human Resource Management at both strategic and operational levels. David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Senior Management:
David also has experience of senior management as Chief Executive at Stockton-on-Tees Voluntary Development Agency, and Director of Easington CVS.
Qualifications and Professional Bodies:
David has been awarded a Master of Science degree from the University of Teesside. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
Business Link:
David is a registered consultant with Business Link and therefore can access up to 40% grants for consultancy work. Details are available on request.
Training:
David has experience as a trainer providing courses specifically for the voluntary sector as well as general workforce development programmes.
Location:
While based in Middlesbrough Mayberry Consultancy Ltd principally covers the whole of the North of England, but will be pleased to discuss opportunities in other parts of the country.
